The MAPS office is open. Please wear a mask or face covering on entry to our office inline with current government guidance. Befriending is still ongoing and extra volunteers have been recruited as telephone buddies and to do collections/deliveries to those who are isolating. Other practical help may be available.
Who are we?
We act on behalf of a mainly forgotten population in one of the most socially deprived areas of Northern Ireland. We acknowledge that there are many more who served and have still require support.

Need Help?
Befriending is a service provided with empathy by former colleagues. Our service offers confidential help for those who are lonely, or who feel isolated or in need of support. We can visit those who may be lonely at home or in hospital, who need to get to hospital appointments or just need to get out for a short time.
