Befriending is a service provided with empathy by former colleagues. Our service offers confidential help for those who are lonely, or who feel isolated or in need of support. We can visit those who may be lonely at home or in hospital, who need to get to hospital appointments or just need to get out for a short time.

MAPS is a lifeline for former members of the security forces. It gives a voice to people who have been left marginalized and forgotten. We now have a Group represented by people who went through the same thing.
I have had the best year of my life since I retired from work….. We are very grateful for the help and support that we have received and we will be telling others about this help and about West Tyrone MAPS.
